Baked Egg Avocado Boats

Who doesn’t love avocado? It’s so creamy, rich, and filling - not to mention delicious. Throw in bacon and eggs and you have a full breakfast meal that will keep you in the low carb range as you start your day. At just 6 grams of carbs per serving, you will LOVE this recipe!

What you need:

  • 2 pitted avocados
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 3 bacon slices
  • Freshly chopped chives

This low carb breakfast is so delicious, you won’t feel like you’re missing out on anything! At just 2 grams of carbs per serving, you can’t miss out!

What you need: 

  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp of milk
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. chopped chives
  • 6 eggs
  • 12 bacon slices
  • 200 grams of cheddar

  • Salt

  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 breakfast sausages
  • 1 1/2 cup of cheddar
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup of grape tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp of chopped chives

When you’ve been doing low carb for a while, you might find yourself missing foods that are no longer okay as part of your diet.
